What is the best multitool knife to get?

The Litre opened is a out the same length as the Powerlock closed was.
(The sheath is from my old Powerlock that's MIA now)

I like the tools it has and the way it's set up, I just wish it were a bit bigger lol, but just browsing their site I didnt really see an exact full size match that had all the same tools and setup

Jim, It's not the size of the tool it's the skill of the user. Didn't you know that?
 
I generally use a small LED light that I got at Lowe's for those times that I need supplemental light... then again I'm in an ED... ;)

Mostly what I use these days other than that is cheap shears I got for like $3 at Harbor Freight (I have a few of those) and a decent stethoscope. That's it...
 
I use my 1xAAA flashlight quite a bit. The multi-tool I've used maybe twice to open an O2 bottle. The pocketknife is 100% useless and y'all have convinced me to leave it at home next shift.
 
I used to carry a Wave when i worked BLS. I was a supervisor in a EMS/Rescue system so i used it often when we were doing tool or maintenence.

As a medic i dont carry it and have never been in a position that i have needed it. Now i carry a Raptor which i use almost daily for something. I have a micro pistol lanyard attached to my belt so even if i deploy my shears i can just drop them and they hang off my belt. They also wont get stolen that way

I have a Nitcore Thumb attached to the loop on my radio strap. Its adjustable head is perfect for positioning during IV starts and such

I took a survey on EMS education a few weeks ago and a pair of lime green Raptors showed up as a “thank you” gift. Unexpected, but nice.
