It's been described a few times in the pathology literature:
Hardwicke, M.B., M.L. Taff, and W.U. Spitz, A case of suicidal hanging in an automobile. Am J Forensic Med Pathol, 1985. 6(4): p. 362-4.
Türk EE, Tsokos M. Vehicle-assisted suicide resulting in complete decapitation. Am J Forensic Med Pathol. 2005 Sep;26(3):292-3.
I suppose if you're really adamant about suicide, that's one way to make sure you do it right. I had one standing on a chair with a rope around his neck, who then shot himself in the head and fell from the chair. Makes for a very messy scene.
Well, I always describe I never say wow! Just that's different. I guess time are bad all over. Definitely nothing to loose your head over. Are they racist as well? ...."They were also trying to establish if the dead man was a genuine black-cab driver"....
Sorry, could not pass those up.... Yes, shame on me.
