I understand human error... but i think someone is intentionally screwing with anyone reading this question....i cant even....

This is why I only paid for jb learning and fisdap.
 
So that's where my last dispatcher went to work.
 
I'm confused. Are you asking about the answer or commenting on how bad the spelling is?

Go spend any short amount of time on an EMS Facebook page and this won't surprise you in the least. The lack of spelling ability is pretty horrific among many providers.

We judge all issues on a case by case basis. I feel that this post was created not in a search for the correct answer to pass the test, but for discussion. With that said...

The whole purpose was regarding the misspellings, I thought that was obvious. Furthermore, it's odd that you question this when you don't capitalize "I" or use proper punctuation in "can't".
 
To echoe what Chimpie said, I read the question as basically saying that you're the QA/QI person and you get a PCR with the wonderful spelling....how do you correct it?
 
I was not looking for an answer, merely discussion... @Chimpie, to prevent any misunderstanding, i wont post anymore testing questions... and to me clear, i wasnt looking for an answer... i apologize
