Paramedics wanted for Rural EMS System

Agency seeking ALS Providers interested in working in rural North Central Pennsylvania covering nearly 900 sq/miles of wilderness. Work in a unique geographic location with a population of less than 9,000 year-around residents and lower 911 call volumes. The Paramedic will be exposed to a wide variety of patients experiencing acute life-threatening emergency's. The ALS service is based out of a volunteer Fire Department, with a newly remodeled EMS lounge/ living area. All ALS equipment is brand new technology operating Zoll X-Series Advanced Cardiac Monitors, IV Pumps, and Zoll Ventilators. Large medication inventory available for ALS providers. Fleet consists of a 2023 Ford Expedition ALS squad unit (ALS Intercept), 2023 Chevy Type 1 Ambulance, and a 2009 Ford Braun Ambulance. Salary is provider/ agency negotiated and extremely competitive, length of on-call periods are extremely flexible. Are you looking to bring enjoyment back to your EMS career? 24/72 schedule for full time?
What is the on call period you are referring to?
Are the paramedics on the ambulance or in the chase car?
Are you employed by a government funded fire department, or a private service providing ALS staffing for the fire department, or a non-profit simply providing a service while relying on donations for operating funds?

I'm not saying it's anything good or bad about the department, only what is reported by local media
