Pt was asymptomatic when he boarded a plane in Liberia but became febrile 4-5 days after entrance to the USA. Since Ebola (unlike sneakier viruses like influenza and HIV) is infectious only through body fluids after symptoms become apparent, the likelyhood of transmission in this case, per the CDC, is minimal.
