I could see him wanting to limit information if he wanted to remain anonymous, however, I'm pretty sure his name is Jeff Lawrence... and he works for Morongo Nation casinos as an EMT... but whatever, if I was in SoCal, and was tired of the back to back to back dialysis runs and wanted a change, I would definitely be applying.
However, I do have a couple of questions about the job (and indian casino EMTs in general): since the casinos are sovereign nations, how does that affect your scope of practice? do they provide their own medical director? what type of agency training and orientation do they provide? do they provide you with malpractice insurance? if you get sued, does the casino back you, or are you unable to get sued because it's a sovereign nation? what type of equipment do they provide you with? do you get any sick patients, or just intox and slip and falls? what is the annual call volume, and do you work solo or with a partner? how many calls per shift?
