Applying during EMT cert class

New here. I'm currently in week 7 of my EMT class here in Pierce County (WA). After speaking with my instructors, and seeing that Falck is finally hiring here in Seattle/Tacoma, I've been told to just apply while the window is open online, even though I have not taken my NREMT quite yet. I am pulling a 96% in class, so I have no doubt I will be certified soon! Any tips or advice on how to pull this off? There doesn't seem to be a place to put a future date on the certification section of the online application. I'm sure my competition is stiff but I figured I'm best off applying now rather then waiting for the next window. Thanks!!

Most places are going to want you to be certified before applying. Passing the class does not guarantee a state certification (criminal history, etc), and companies have enough applicants to not need to bother.

Most companies, especially the large national companies, will not accept applications from uncertified people. Theres no need to
