Thanks rescuept that makes perfect since to me. Or at least I'm pretty shue that it makes since as I am running on low energy right now. I think I t is buot time to join the animals and sleep some okay may be not for another 9 hours as I still got to go to work and then am on call so hope fully it is a good night that allows me to sleep. Am I rambling a little bit sorry.

Thankyou for the clarification, I didn't know that you could adminster meds that way. They emphasize aspiration with EMT-B so much that's the last thing I would think about.

Small amounts of ACLS meds are OK. if down comb-tube, must be down the straight tube, not the vented tube - as a rule meds don't go down combi-tubes.
