    This would be extremely troubling if that turns out to be the case. Essentially would mean no NVG's were being utilized and radar altimeter was not set appropriately.... Weather doesn't appear to be a factor.

    Yes, it seems to always be an A-Star.
    Glad we have twins here as well.

    At least the gas tank won’t explode and burn you up like an EC130.
    Either way, it’s ****ty to crash.

    True, but a survivable crash followed by a non-survival fire is definitely the worst way to go IMO.
