Called to a 43 yom choking while eating in a restaurant. BLS unit arriving before us update us that it is not a foreign object aspiration but rather a chest pain.
We arrive to find the pt on the BLS unit stretcher. Initial presentation- alert, diaphoretic and clammy. He says he's been having chest pain since this morning (we arrived at about 1:50 pm) and now when he sat down to eat at the restaurant ( didn't eat at all ) it got worse. Denies sob ( no signs of diff. Breathing either). Describes crushing chest pain that radiates to left arm and does not change with touch or breathing. Vital signs all are WNL. And he says he is usually healthy and does not take any meds. First time this ever happened to him.
Anyways to the point
This is the ecg that was recorded
12 leads
Posterior and right leads
V4-6 is v7 v8 v9 respectively
What do you guys think..
