just wondering if i should wear something like a shirt and tie or just be myself with a nice polo shirt, i dont want to over dress

It's a job interview. Shirt and tie is the minimum unless you're interviewing for a job flipping burgers. Will you be dressed better than most of the people you see interviewing? Probably. But at least they'll know you're taking them seriously.

If I was the supervisor/hiring manager and you showed up in a polo shirt, I don't care if you're a board certified emergency physician and former Navy DEVGRU corpsman your application goes to the bottom of the pile.

X2, Shirt, tie, slacks, nice shoes and a belt to match. Make sure you shave and get a hair cut if you need one

As long as you don't roll in wearing a tux you wont be over dressed

lol thanks guys just wondering bcuz slacks and polo type dress has been more than enough in my previous jobs and no ive never had to flip burgers by the way

YAY you're back :-)

And I agree to the above statement. I was doing interviews and I judged based on how professional they looked and acted then actually looked at the Resume.
