So I work a service that is primarily 911 with some transfers, what is your go to cup holder. The usual suspects always work but what if you have something that the suction canister will just bounce around. I have three but two pictures

Suction canister (obvious one)
Spray bottle holder (with 2”tape) to raise the cup
AED (side bag, for energy drink size cans)

Take a look

When I was working for a private ambulance service some people would take the head bed from the c-spine gear and cut holes into it for a makeshift cupholder.

I like to stick my drinks in the top handle of our paramedic jump bag.

There aren’t exactly cup holders in the back of our aircrafts. Sometimes I stick them on the armrest of the window as well and hold it with my arm.

In the summertime, frozen water bottles double as ice packs that stay in the helicopter, inside of my helmet with the shades down.

In the ambulances? Eh, a million ways to skin a cat.

Yeah I work for a private service in MA, we do primarily BLS with ALS intercepts

We actually had cup holders between the two front seats. OSHA or Dept of health frowned upon food or drinks in the patient compartment.
