I just wanted to start a thread where people on here could share reference and learning material with everyone else. I have seen some great links and material posted in various spread out threads, but from what I've seen there is no thread like this that's been posted.
I'll start with a couple good ones I use.
www.uptodate.com
discovered this one at the hospital I work at. It is a physician reference program, but has tons of articles for free. You can literally type in just about any major disease process and learn more than you'd ever want to know. Same with drugs.

Discovered this guy from another EMTLIFE poster. He can be a little hard to understand some times, but his lectures are amazing, unlike anything I've listened to before as far as quality of teaching and explaining difficult sciences. The subjects on youtube are free, but if you want to view all of his videos you have to pay (it's very expensive). But there is plenty to keep you busy for a while with the free ones.

This guy (Dr.Guy) has some great podcasts. He has his ICU Rounds podcast on critical care medicine and a separate set on Pharmacology for EMS.
http://emcrit.org/
Another blog / podcast I discovered from a post on EMTLIFE. Thanks to whoever it was that originally posted a link the this. Great emergency medicine related discussions on here.
http://ems12lead.com/
Most of you probably already have this book marked, but if you don't its a great 12-lead blog.
http://www.icufaqs.org/
I had this one in my book marks, but I never actually got around to reading much of it, so I can't comment on the quality of the material, but I believe I found it from someone at this site who posted a link to it. It's mostly for ICU RN's, but I am sure much of that can be applied to a paramedics knowledge base.
That is the main ones I can think of for right now. Please comment and add more that you know of!
