So, what do you (or did you) sip on all day?

If you have to ask; you are not drinking enough. :P

I don't think I have ever bought one! But Fiji water, that stuff is great! (No joke) it doesn't have the plastic taste!

Every shift starts with a dunkin donuts iced French vanilla, milk and sugar. Taking a call before a dunkin run usually indicates a crap day.

I bring a nalgene everyday as well, my goal is a least a liter of water per day.

I carry water in a glass bottle with a rubber sleeve. Not sure the brand but I prefer it over metal or plastic container.

At least one Monster a day. I got hooked in Basic Training so to speak, when my DS would drink at least 2 a day and all we could do was watch and salivate. Once I got to Ft. Sam and we were allowed to buy stuff like that we all went hog wild.

This morning I had some orange juice with my breakfast. The rest of the day I've been drinking water out of a large water-bottle that I just keep topping off at every break. I find losing weight much easier when I severely cut back any drinks with high-fructose corn syrup in it, and I cannot stand the taste of any artificial sweeteners (including the 'natural' sugar alternatives such as stevia). As far as caffeine goes, its either tea or in candy/chewing gum/bathing product form. I once tried a caffeine dermal patch, but I felt nauseous, and didn't dare try using that source again.

My service provides bottled water for us so I mostly stick to that. I'll get a monster rehab when I'm feeling a little spendy. When I get tired of plain water I'll throw a scoop or two of jack3d in there get fired up!

2-3 cups of coffee in the AM, a low carb monster in the early afternoon if I'm dragging. (Usually am ;) )

Jack3d is some strong stuff. Not exactly the average person's water flavoring. :P

Water only for me. For a 12 hour shift I try to make it my mission to drink at least 2-2.5 liters. I've even brought a large 3 liter jug of water to work on a couple occasions (Never finished it all in one shift but I try and get close).

Excedrin Migraine pills (or the generic equivalent). Takes care of all the aches and pains and also has caffeine. I asked the pharmacist if it's OK to take every day and he said yes.

by far my favorite refillable water bottle. Clip a carabiner to the D ring, and the bottle hangs from my backpack, laptop bag, EMS bag, or belt. I broke 1 after I accidentally caught it when closing the door, and have since bought 3 more to replace it.

When I'm not drinking the water, I'm a Diet Coke (with caffeine) junkie, especially on the night shifts. Diet Pepsi is a suitable backup.

Quoted for Truth...:beerchug:

I'm an iced coffee guy from 65 degree and up...anything cooler than that its hot coffee season.

I think I only have a mild coffee addiction, but then again, thats what my head aches tell me.

I like iced coffee even when the weather is sub-zero.

But I am not proud, I'll take hot if it is all there is.

I never drank coffee until med school but now I am something of a connesuer.

Love me some iced coffee as well.

I'm actually a fan if plain/black coffee with nothing added, especially a good bean made with a french press.

Water. I just buy a large bottle of water and refill it when I can. I gave up my diet Mountain Dew addiction.

Must start day with coffee.:)

I also have two Nalgenes. One full of very weak Gatorade and another full of water. If I have time to finish both of those off, I will drink another Nalgene full from the water cooler. (Slight OCD problem compels me to always make Gatorade in the RED one and put water in the GREY one....but whatever)

I might be over prepared, but I try to keep at least a half gallon of water on the truck when I roll out. Never know what to expect in these rural areas.

Today I was laid back in the ambulance sippin' on gin and juice with my mind on my money and my money on my mind.

What a day...What a day...
