Heres a scan from a skull fracture a few days ago.

Yup that's a skull fracture. Now what?
 
Admit to neurosurg.

How does surgery fix this with all the shards and such? That whole reconstruction must be a nightmare. He was fully neurologically intact and able to talk. Man was cutting down a tree with a chainsaw, and the tree fell back on him.

I'll have to find an update on his condition post surgery.
 
Well I've only taken the introductory radiology classes, but I would venture to confirm that there is in fact a skull fracture there...

And yes, very, very carefully. Or you could ju9st print him a new one with a 3D printer...

Not sure... but that's why neurosurg gets paid the big bucks. Also, as the joke goes, how do you hide a $100 bill from a neurosurgeon? Tape it to his kid.
