What's everyone using for narcotic log books? New ALS start-up at city fire department. This is what we've come up with so far. Would be spiral bound with sequentially numbered pages made from water and tear resistant paper. If anyone could snap a picture of there's (unfilled of course) that would be greatly appreciated.

PSTrax developed a controlled substance tracking module. Our paramedics use that in addition to its use for rig and equipment checks.
