The Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic) located in Charlotte, North Carolina is among the most renowned and respected pre-hospital providers in the United States. As a Paramedic at Medic, you can expect:

Paramedics can expect a pay range of $15.49-$28.45 an hour depending upon experience. Within six months of being released from field training orientation, new paramedics are eligible to upgrade to Relief Crew Chief and earn an additional 5%. When a position is available, Relief Crew Chiefs are eligible to apply for a full-time Crew Chief position with an additional 10% pay increase.
