Las Vegas Mass Shooting

Very terrible. Prayers for all the deceased, injured, loved ones, and responders.

Current numbers were 58 DOAs, and 515 injured.

Reports were that AMR did a full recall of all off duty personnel. There is no way any system can handle that much of a surge in a short time period, so extra units (and having spare vehicles) is critical. It sounds like both the FD and EMS did the best they could during this horrible situation.
 
I really hope that they didn't lose anyone.
 
AMR sent crews from AZ and CA operations to cover the area and may have actually responded in to the shooting.
 
How many trauma centers are in Vegas? It's hard to imagine an MCI of this type and scale.
 
I think 1 Level I, and 2 Level II; every hospital worked adults; cardiac hospitals, and peds hospitals, urgent care clinics, etc.
Blood center opened at Midnight, and surrounding states sent people to help with that too
