I know that some cards & stuff do NOT take well to being laminated. Have any of you laminated your NR cards successfully? I suppose that if I fark it up I can order a duplicate, but I like to laminate stuff. :P

I laminated mine without problems.

Never had the need to laminate any of my cards. They stay at home, safe and sound.

Just a friendly word of advice to anyone that is new, or even some old fogies that didn't know about it...a color photocopy is perfectly legal.

I had several pages of all my certs photocopied and that is what I carry when on duty. Your cards do not get worn out or damaged. Ever been caught in a rainstorm and had your uniform soaked? Very common in Florida, those late afternoon showers.

All you need on duty is your debit/credit card(one card only), your driver's license and a copy of your certs.

No wallet or purse to lose or get stolen. Nothing to get damaged or need replacing...

y'know, that's an excellent idea. I hadn't even thought about that. :)

in ma, we are required to have original credentials on our person at all times while staffing an ambulance(emt, cpr, dl)

We have to carry all license and ACLS/CPR cert at all times on duty (State law) as well our state license purposefully can not be reproduced on a photocopier.. no problem laminating any card so far...
