Okay... so what makes EMS a secure job?

I'll start us off:

  • Motorcyclists
  • Trampoline
....
 
Old People
 
drunk people
anybody that will "take that dare"
people who should not be allowed to breed

Don't forget the people who like to "experiment" with different objects, and the panicky/hypochondriacs.
 
Anyone who is drunk and in possesion of a knife,gun, hand grenade, chain saw, log splitter, motor vehicles to include: boats, jetskis, cars, trucks, lawn movers, and airplanes, or anyone under the influence who says "hey ya'll watch this" followed by "this ain't no sh*t"
 
Like other sated above idiots in action. As welll as our largest population will be "seniors" and we will continously have EMT's quitting the profession in less than a year... we will have job openings. ...

I think we have too much job security. I want whats best for our society and so we must being doing something wrong to have this much job security. We need more public education and prevention (fire service has been very successful with this).
 
The Shallow end of the Gene Pool which continues to get more shallow on an exponential basis
 
Sadly it doesn't matter how much we teach the public, we can post free classes and offer other thing to them. Some will take the opportunity and run with it and others will just rely on us to come and help them. Ive noticed that over the years people are starting to lose their common sence and thats why we have such a large amount of job security, and am sad to say it but the people that let their kids ride in the car without a carseat need to be removed from the gene pool.
