60 seconds of googling.

1. Go to the AMR website, which is actually EMSC.
2. Find where to apply.
3. Click.
4. Observe that you have be redirected to an address that matches the beginning of the one in the OP.
5. Profit?

Yes thats the only way you can apply. Emsc is a parent company or some crap like that. Success factors is the place that does the apps. Youre safe.

Yea it's safe, and either way it's the only way to apply. Get over it.

Ignore TransportJockey's grumpiness, one of his organs is on the verge of exploding :)

Lol I've just never understood the fear of putting in the information when applying for a company that is well known and arguably one of the largest medical service companies in the world (EMSC as a whole).

Also when you are applying for a job online check out the url for the application page. If it says https it is supposed to be a secure page, as opposed to just http
