There's potential for confusion here, so let's clarify. There are work partners and sexual partners.

If you were referring to sexual partners, then yes. It's appropriate to inform them that you have an std.

If you were referring to work partners(whom you are not fornicating with), the feel as if you haven't gotten the point yet. You need to stop telling people who don't have a need to know about your herpes. This isn't a disease you're going to give to anybody without exchanging fluids. So no, don't tell everybody you get into and ambulance with that you have herpes. Just stop.

Here's a simple rule of thumb. If you're planning to take your pants off for a person, they should know. Other than that, they don't.

Get it?

It is spread through direct contact with the sores (or skin near affected area). No semen or vaginal secretion exchange needed. Not that that would affect the advice given here...

Also, it seemed pretty obvious to me that the OP last refered to sexual partners, not work partners.
