Hope you all have a fun safe new year.

I am throwing a party....for 10 of my 6 year old boys closest friends....

Yep, Pizza, cookies, chips, soda, and fireworks.....

Wonder how long they will last before the last one drops off to sleep....

Again, some of us have to work on the holidays. The only reason that I'm home now is that my mother is sick. :(

Oh, well...

Happy (and Safe) New Years to everyone!

Happy & Safe New Years to all! Talk to ya next year!

Happy New Year everyone. I'm on duty 'til 6 AM, so I'll be celebrating with Martinelli's at midnight. At least I get to kiss my wife...assuming the run gods are appeased.

Happy New Years everyone, from my new location, Santa Cruz, California. That's right, the trip is over. I even made a drive-by Chris's town, Sierra Madre.

More about my trip another time. Take care my friends and be safe.

Anywhoo. I ran later on New Years Day, like in the PM, after I'd slept :D B) My one squad had close to 30 calls (rather high) on 1/1/2005, we went to all our usual nursing homes at least once, not counting tha 6+ assaults, FDGB's probably involving ETOH, etc...

And this is my first post of 2005 Whoo-Hoo

Happy New Year!

I'm late as always

I spent my New Years with an elderly 425 lb vag bleed pt. It was me and a short partner. When I asked the nursing home nurses for a lift assist, they told me "But there is two of you," and gave us a dirty look. I felt so sorry for my partner, she's short.

After watching the last ten second countdown on the Pt's 9 inch TV we transported to a local hospital. Besides dispatches "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" page, that's all I got.

Working the 19:30-07:30 shift we had two elderly pts from nursing homes, and one psych. My partner called for an ALS intercept on our first pt, making it my first ALS intercept :P

At the end of the shift I had to put a new main O2 tank in and restock.

Lerts hope next year's celebration is better than this ones!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
