The physical consist of:
Bp, pr, grip test
Bend forward 10 times reaching your toes.
Twist 4 times
Bend back 4 times
Chin to shoulder 2 times
Chin to chest 2 times
Head to back 2 times
Stand on each foot for 1 minute each
Crawl on your knees from one end of a room to the other.
Walk a beam from one end to the other twice.
Climb a latter up and down 6 times.
Tread mill for 5 minutes at 4mph on a 4% incline.
Strength test machine where you pull 3 times, push 3 times, push up 3 times.
Lift test (which they DO NOT tell you is timed)
You load a crate with cylinders and lift it and take it to a shelf. You remove it bring it back until you get to 75 lbs.
You than have your pulse checked.
Your PR can NOT go past 155 at any time.
