sounds awesome... what's the contracted commitment that you need to stay with AMR once you are cleared as a paramedic? it isn't mentioned in the job description, and AMR isn't known for having many long term employees for various reasons

This is the new model. We are doing it here with our new recruit EMTs, our advanced EMTs, and our paramedics. It’s a great way to “grow your own“.

I believe it's two years.

It’s only paid if you live there, I tried.... they won’t accept people that commute. But it was a pretty substantial sign on bonus ect
