Those all list agency affiliation or approved academy enrollment as a pre or co-requisite for the class. But there is no agency affiliation. It’s just a company saying “if you get this then we may hire you”. That doesn’t qualify as agency affiliation.Which OP has through the company who wants to hire him but requires said training.
