Those spec-ops medics are typically trained FAR beyond that of a standard 68W.

Where are you getting this information about them being able to sustain for days? I'm not saying they can't, but it largely depends on the extent if the injury. I can sustain you for quite a while if you cut your finger. A bit of a hyperbole, but you get the idea. And again, many of the things they are able to do and have access to in the military aren't even in a paramedic's scope, here. You think getting epi is difficut?

You have also yet to qualify your education base. Are you an EMT? Paramedic? Nurse? Radio operator? Blindly giving people medicine and hoping for the best* isn't likely to accomplish much for you.

*JP, please refrain from the "isn't that all prehospital providers" jab that we all know you're thinking....

He said he was ACLS certified but dodged my question earlier in the thread.

Thats what i wanted to hear (not really) lot of hoops to jump through.

Are there any 68 whiskeys on this site?

Yes, and what you are proposing is retarded. If you or your dad has a known cardiac condition, an AICD is a far, far safer and superior option for their care while enjoying life. If its a just-in-case situation, an AED is a pricey but reasonable item. A LP-12...how did you even get this? Do you know how to use it?

Code drugs are, at best, marginally useful. Probably useless in cardiac arrest. Rural arrest = death.

I am a Paramedic and a 68W. You?

Play nice or become the focus of my complete and undivided attention.

A telemetrist....

We have a few Cardiologist and CC/Pulm Physicans who do Tele-consults for our rural hospitals. Pretty cool concept.

So are you planning on having Wifi and a laptop out in the middle of BFE to consult a Physican? You think they are going to approve medical treatments under their license?

You Cray Cray, Bro.

Last warning to play nice.
