Those spec-ops medics are typically trained FAR beyond that of a standard 68W.
Where are you getting this information about them being able to sustain for days? I'm not saying they can't, but it largely depends on the extent if the injury. I can sustain you for quite a while if you cut your finger. A bit of a hyperbole, but you get the idea. And again, many of the things they are able to do and have access to in the military aren't even in a paramedic's scope, here. You think getting epi is difficut?
You have also yet to qualify your education base. Are you an EMT? Paramedic? Nurse? Radio operator? Blindly giving people medicine and hoping for the best* isn't likely to accomplish much for you.
