archives doesn't have thread tools or email this page. What now??
What are you talking about? Every thread has the option. The "archive" link at the bottom of the page isn't intended for everyday browsing. It's more for search engine spiders.

Hey Matt,
I'm trying to send an earthquake scenerio I did in 2008 to LA CERT for training purposes and I'm not real computer savvy. When I look up the thread in archives, there's no thread tools in there.Any ideas?

Can you provide a link to the thread?

Thanks,

We have no connection to "Certla.com" and there is no built in feature to forward their threads. This question isn't making sense to me. Maybe I'm reading it incorrectly, but hopefully someone else can help you.

Yeah, cheat

Open WORD, copy the thread , paste it into WORD, edit it, then paste it into email or a posting to CERT LA. (LA CERT is in Louisiana)

I'm still confused as to why you don't just give them the link to the thread...
