AZ - Southwest or PMT Ambulance

Curious if anyone has info on working for either Southwest or PMT in Phoenix, AZ area. Curious about standing orders and mostly starting wages for Medics.

I used to be FT w/ Southwest. I'm not a medic, but from all the medics I've spoken too starting pay is poop. Something like 13/hr if you're new, a little more per experience.

I actually got the standing orders figured out. My buddy was able to get me some info. Do you know what kind of schedules they work?

I was curious to know their protocols and standing orders as well plz. Also how's life in Arizona. Looking to relocate for a job. I know nothing of Arizona except its hot in summer and fall. Is $13/hr if that's really what they start at live able there?
