Attire for skills/lifting

I have my last phase of my interview tomorrow.
Skills & lifting. When I spoke to a person on the phone all the information I was given was to wear workout shoes.

Any advise on how I should go about this? The last thing I was to do is make a bad last impression showing up not dressed for the part or under dressed.

are you doing your skills and lifting test at a gym or physical therapy center?

that's where I did mine I just showed up in windbreakers, a hoodie and running shoes. brang ID.

on one of my interviews the Operations manager had me take the lift test right after the written... i was still in my button down and dress shoes lol.

I think I did my lift test in my medic student uniform if I remember. Dipped out at lunch to knock it out real quick.
