It is very easy to over think the test. Study the material and dont give up. I know a lot of very good EMT's that took several times to pass. Good Luck and dont give up !!!:mellow:

I have been a ff for 25 years. I got my emt license in 85, let them expire. I completed the class this year so Im now a EMT once more.

I also had a hard time. I went home and spent many hours with my wife as she made a good Pt. It also improved our marriage along the way. Give it time and it will get better.:P

I have been a Volunteer for 20 plus years. I stay at the firehouse 2 times a week. I can do the job as well as the man that draws a pay check. If your looking for big money this is not the place to be. Quit *****ing and find a better paying job.

You Must apply your book knowledge with a lot of street knowledge. This seems to work best for me.

The test stopped at 71. It was for EMT- B I Passed, first try
