    Radio Holster?

Thanks! Im going to look into the strapped holster. I guess once upon a time our hosters had the clip, but somewhere along the way it grew legs and walked away.

    Radio Holster?

So I was just hired at a new agency that doesn't provide radio holsters. Any suggestion or recommendations on which one to buy? The last agency I worked for the radios had an over the sholder/cross body strap. Really didn't like it because it would swing all over the place at times.

    AED Pads for Conscious Patients?

If you weren't trained to do something, don't do it. Theres a reason cardioversion is an ALS skill. Not only does it require a shock but meds as well.

    Private Ambulance Paramedic.

If you think IFT is a glorified taxi you've never experienced NYC911. I drive a medic part time and have seen way more action doing IFT with him than NYC911. The private I work for does alot of critical transports. On a 12 hour shift we do about 4 post cardiac arrest transfers. Just last week we...

Hospital based paramedic jobs in NYC

In the NYC 911 EMS system i can say as well 99% of trauma is dispatched as BLS reason being is that hospitals are minutes away. Out in the suburbs its very diffrent as hospitals are farther in distance. From my experience depending on the MOI ALS is right behind you. The 2 gsw I've had ALS...
