Siren - Fire, EMS, Police, Rescue - $80.00 obo, or Trade

Nothing super crazy. Maybe email me from your work email, a pic of your work ID, etc. I just don't want to sell to someone who is going to go ride around playing cop.

    Sanitizing Trauma Shears

Best way to sanitize trauma shears (that aren't throw aways) after a bloody mess? I sprayed the germ away we keep on the truck on them but I'd like to clean them a little better

Siren - Fire, EMS, Police, Rescue - $80.00 obo, or Trade

I've had this siren for almost a year. I was first user. Siren has worked absolutely flawlessly. It has been lightly used, I'm switching all my equipment to a new vehicle and looking to get a handheld siren. The switch panel has been cut and modified to fit in my previous vehicle (see pic)...

    Bleeding control

That's good to hear, I heard some bad reviews on them but this is somewhat reassuring. I might pick one up someday but for now I bought the CavArms TQ for my EDC and I keep the handy dandy CATs in my jump bag

    Bleeding control

I tend to agree with you but anymore I'd say the chances are greater than 0.2%. Especially the places I hang out lol.

    Bleeding control

Alright call me a noob or squirrel or whatever makes you happy but I have a question. I'm working on a very small IFAK for my EDC. I want it small enough to fit in a cargo pocket. I watched a training video where they discussed during an active shooter event, if you or family/friend get shot...

    I'm an EMT now!

Woohoo, passed my NREMT today first try, it cut me off at 70 which scared me but I made it... Just waiting on the state to do their thing.

    Drug calculations

So I am almost done with EMT school, hopefully by the end of this month I'll be holding that certificate. But I'm still having trouble with drug calculations, could anyone give me any pointers? We can use Epi as an example, my states dosage for Epi is 0.3 to 0.5 every 5 minutes if no relief...
