If you have never been to Rochester, NH the town has great access to the mountains and the ocean. Cost of living isn't too high either. Being from NH I don't know if I would want to make my home in Rochester but it's not a terrible place to live.

That's crazy no calls in that amount of time. I had a 12 last week and only had three calls but as a company we are at almost 25k since January 1...yesterday I averaged about 1 call an hour.

Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA has medics. They respond in SUV's and Trinity EMS does the transport with the LGH medic if needed.

You could still be hired but the company won't certify you as a driver so you'd always work with someone who is certified by the company/insurance to drive.

The school requires just A&P. I have A&P I under my belt from before. In any case looking at the fine print of the certificate program you must work as an EMT for 1 year (the ink on my ticket isn't dry yet) so it looks like the associates is what I will get. Thanks for all the replies! -Tim
