I disagree. As a LEO, my base approach and skills are applicable on every call. The common denominator is people. LE trains you to be able to interact with people, sift out information , decide a course of action ...sound familiar? Your LEO training will serve you better than you think...

I get the sentiment, but this doesn't seem like the guy who takes the easy way out. Being in LE pretty much answers that for me. The real argument is wiht the states that choose to open positions like this. I have never heard of an EMT-cc or Cardiac .. and I thought I's were essentially done?

I like the headlamps too. Small , bright, mine flashes and does the red vision thing. More useful than a flash in most cases though a small streamlight is good for the pocket.
