hello everyone, I am going to be starting paramedic school hopefully next year. Currently I work as a EMT doing IFT. I have the option of continuing as an EMT during school, or becoming a telemetry tech (possibly become an ER tech from there) What is everyone's thoughts ?

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could give me an example of an ALS IFT? What would be Paramedic interventions during the transfer? I just don't really understand what they would do, or what the difference would be of having an ALS transfer vs a CCT? Thanks

I guess what I'm asking is (and forgive me this will be completely noob question) if I get my NREMT-P, do I have to keep my NREMT-B current as well, in case I get a job that requires EMT such as a FD? Also, I don't plan to move from CA Thanks!

Question, I just renewed my CA State EMT last month, and plan (hopefully) to attend medic school next year. My NREMT expires at the end of this week. Should I renew it, even if I hope to get my P-card within the next 2 years? Thanks
