I eat very healthy. Salmon like three times a week, cottage cheese, nuts (lots of nuts), fruit, and broccoli like crazy. Only whole grains. My kids eat the same except on pizza night...lol...never met a piece of pizza I didn't like.

My first impression here was that the would-be employer would pay for the drug test. Mine did. Why would someone think that they should pay for a drug test for employment? Maybe for certification to drive, yes, but not employment.

Uh not much of an ambulance service then if they change numbers and don't leave a forwarding. I would also worry about job stability.

I agree I wouldn't want significant other working same job as I do.

Kind of disgusting that people wouldn't sanitize everything used on patients. I can't imagine re-using these things on people with different circumstances. Yuck!
