We have long plastic bags with a measurement on the side and the top is lined with cardboard. It's like a paper cup and instead of the usual bottom it's got a plastic bag hanging from it. I'm suprised you guys don't have those!

Yup, you have to do skills labs (practicing techniques in front of an instructor) as part of your training and testing, there's no way to do that from home.
