I'd counter that white shirts are the most stain-friendly, as you can remove damn near any stain instantly with bleach wipes. Just don't actually bleach your shirts in the laundry.

I imagine my dark blue flight suits have several stains I'm fortunately unable to see. The only thing better than a stain that you can bleach is a stain that's invisible from the beginning!

Reminds me of a classic joke.

An EMT takes his pants to the laundry. He assures the laundromat that the stains on the front are just vanilla ice cream that dripped on a very hot day.

"Must have been scorching," the laundromat said. "It also looks like the chocolate bar in your pocket melted."
