This one stumped me last night.
82 year old male, CC of SOB following dialysis. PT is A/Ox4 with no current complaints. Vitals trends show he has been 'stable' for the last several hours.
Pt has no known HPI other than a pacemaker.
Patient would be in NRS (a very strange one, unfortunately I don't have a strip of that. But looking through the hexaxial leads I could call it NRS) and then he would go into runs of whatever this is.
HR: 88 BP: 160/90 R:19
What is this rhythm.
