Has anyone volunteered with HERO ambulance in Haiti? I have signed up to volunteer for 17 days in march and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with them.

Nice! What days? I just bought my plane tickets, I'm there from February 24 to March 15.

FYI...anyone who is with them. I contacted them multiple times via FB and their website. Nothing...no replies at all.

Hey everyone,

My name is Ben, I’m a paramedic with HERO. Sorry for the lack of reply on Facebook. We’re going through a bit of restructuring with our social media outreach and volunteer coordinating. I’ll be taking over some of the volunteer and social media stuff.

I spent 6 weeks with them from Feb-April. Im happy to answer any questions you have here, or reach out via PM. I also post on the Paramedics on Facebook group.
