Volunteer Opportunities Around Orlando?!

I am a newly certified EMT-B wondering if anybody has any suggestion for places I can volunteer around Orlando? Wanna keep my skills up and get my foot in the door. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!

You may want to try the forums over at firehouse.com they have a Florida sub forum in their local firefighter forum that seems to be active. Also volunteerfirefighter.org is a good resource. Remember even if your not real into the fire fighting aspect of the job most agencies and departments have a mix of fire,fire/ems or all EMS so don't let the fire thing discourage you from joining or checking out a department that interests you.

It appears as those you posted a nearly identical thread less than six months ago.

I'd suggest calling local EMS services and fire departments and asking them, they will be a great resource.
