It is certainly a definitive sign.

By the end, did you feel like you were answering questions about things you had never studied?

You know, it was hilarious! When I studied on EMTPREP I immediately got 100% on the OB/GYN (kind of happens when you have 2 kids with complications) and I'd say a good quarter of the questions were on OB/GYN. And then I seriously had my instructor in my head. ABC's unless there's no signs of life, then CAB, and control bleeding first if life threatening. Et Voila! I went in confident and I came out doing a happy dance. Well I would have been if I hadnt walked to the testing center.

At 74 questions, you either passed easily or bombed spectacularly. I'd guess the former.
