#1 - I'm looking into it
#2 - Go to Edit Options in your User CP and untick Enable Visitor Messaging
#3 - Also in Edit Options, look for Default Thread Subscription Mode and choose Do Not Subscribe.

To unsubscribe from all the threads you currently subscribe to, click here and unsubscribe from the threads you don't want to subscribe to.

3. A. Click on "User CP"
B. Click on "View all subscribed threads"
C. Click on the box in the top right corner of the list of threads. This one is next to the column title "notification"
D. Click on the box next to "Selected threads." It's defaulted to "Move to folder..." Select the "Delete subscription" option.
E. Click on the "Go" button.

It's a matter of the member's preference, although we don't allow signatures for users with less than 10 posts (no sense helping the spammers out).

Then click on "Edit Signature" on left hand column
