Styling Issue for OCD People

So I know this is going to cause some crazy issues with all the OCD people here, but what exactly is this and can we get rid of it? It seems to be on any page with a create thread button!

Hmm interesting. I see it above all of my first buttons when there is a text box. Like after the save button and post button and new thread button.

Are you serious about the comic sans? lol


Edit: Upon further investigation it is actually clickable and is a Adobe Flash Element. Will look further.
