Signal Mini-Phantom Blue/Blue

I am looking to sell my mini-phantom blue/blue. I ave had it for a year and it works just the same as when I bought it. I can take pictures of it if you want. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the original box, but I will keep searching for it. I do have all the parts for it including the suction cups and rear-view mirror mounts. For those that don't know what it is, this is what it looks like:

Are the LED's blue or the lenses? We cant have blue lights in nc wondering if I could switch it out.
