Hey guys, i just passed my NREMT and am going to be sending out apps once i get my ambulance drivers license and some blood tests.

What are the bigger companies in the sacramento area going from big to small? Is AMR the biggest in that area? Where should i start?

Try google and try the county EMS websites for a list of ambulance providers.

The County of Sacramento EMS Agency has a list of approved provider companies on their website. I forget exactly where, but it should be pretty obvious, IIRC.

As stated already, apply everywhere. Most of California (if not all of it) is over saturated with EMS providers at all levels. Expect the pay to be pretty low, and not improve much because the employers know that you're easy to replace... if you make waves.
