Rubber bullets or shot gun?

Saw something similar at a counterprotest. Treatment options? Definetly rubber bulllets in in my experience.

Actually rubber bullets at almost point blank range. Less lethal rounds, key phrase less lethal. Still pretty damn dangerous.

I was going to say, the only way rubber bullets did that much damage was at point blank range.....

honestly? A couple of trauma dressing (since I don't feel like putting 4x4s over every hold) to cover the wounds, and to control any minor bleeding (there doesn't look like it's that bad, there isn't much bleeding from what I can see), and the stare of life until a surgeon can examine the patient and take some scans.

Looks like the result of direct impacts as opposed to rounds glancing off the ground like intended.
