We have CPAP but we are now starting to bag more conscious patients.<raises hand> I've used PASG/MAST on actual pts. I also have used "reusable" c-collars and bagged conscious pts because CPAP didn't exist.

Like desert said, we bag conscious patients out here with good success apparently.
It's very hard to treat a tension pneumo or react to a "can't intubate/can't ventilate" using "BLS before ALS".Kick away..Why the cringe.. yours is a bit less obvious.
