I just finished the EMT Course and got all my County certs and DMV squared away. However, I am having a very difficul time finding a part-time position. I'm seeking part time because I a have a full time job with flexible hours. Any tips or ideas on how I can score a part time position???

start working full time, then bump down to part time.

i know a few companies you have to work minimum 3 or 6 months full time in order to go PT.

It varies by company widely. I was hired part time. But my training time is full time and after my training I can apply for full time.

most of the places I know will accept per diem employment before they offer you a FT position.

keep looking, and network with people in the field

Are you looking at private IFT services? It's been my experience that they love not paying benefits.
